I & F Design will make every reasonable attempt to deliver the arrangement for the time requested to the address provided. If the recipient address is incorrect, additional charges may apply for re-routing of the arrangement to a different delivery address.
If no one is at the residence to receive the arrangement at time of delivery, we tag the door indicating date and time of attempt and leave a voice mail message using the telephone number provided. We then attempt to find neighbours who will receive the arrangement on behalf of the recipient. If a neighbour is willing to receive the arrangement, we update the recipient’s door tag and leave a new voice mail message indicating which address the recipient can retrieve the arrangement. Our delivery records will reflect where we delivered the arrangement.
In the case where neighbours are not able to receive the arrangement on behalf of the recipient, we will bring the arrangement back to our store and attempt same day to re-deliver during the next scheduled routing to that area. If the 2nd delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will update the door tag with the time of attempt and return the arrangement back to our store. We will notify both recipient and sender to arrange for the flowers to be picked up at our store. Additional delivery charges will apply for re-delivery of the arrangement.
Corporate or Place of Business Policy
If no one is at the business location to receive the arrangement, we will tag the door indicating date and time of attempt. We will bring the arrangement back to the store and re-deliver same day during the next scheduled routing to that area. If the 2nd delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will bring the arrangement back to our store and notify both recipient and sender to arrange for the flowers to be picked up at our store. Funeral Homes Policy
Funeral homes receive flowers from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Sunday. Please check with the funeral home for viewing dates and times. We will deliver flowers up to 5:00 pm on the eve of funeral service
We endeavor to duplicate the selected design; however certain items may not always be available during their growing season due to market conditions. In the event that we cannot obtain the required items, we may substitute with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the item’s design (or “look and feel”). We encourage our customers to let us know if there are any special requirements such as “no carnations” or “please remove lilies” by simply typing a message in the ‘Special Instructions’ text field.
